🚪🔒 Front Door: The property is equipped with a safety door for your protection. Please ensure it is locked when you leave or sleep.

🪟🌙 Windows: The house is located in a quiet and generally safe area, but we recommend closing and locking the windows when you sleep — and please do so whenever you leave the property.

🚨🚭 Smoke Detectors: The house is fitted with smoke detectors in every room. For our guests’ comfort and safety, smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the property.

🩹🧰 First Aid Kit: Located in the kitchen, on the shelf under the microwave. Available for minor injuries.

🔥🧯 Fire Safety: A fire extinguisher and a fire blanket are provided. The fire extinguisher is located by the entrance on the left. The fire blanket is located in the kitchen, on the shelf under the microwave. Please familiarize yourself with their location.

📷🔊 Monitoring: For your safety, there is a security camera outside the property entrance and a noise monitor indoors.

We wish to remind our guests that, according to the house rules, parties and unannounced guests are not allowed.

The owners are alerted by the monitoring systems whenever someone enters the apartment or when noise exceeds appropriate levels.
