We are thrilled to have you and hope you will enjoy a relaxing stay, make the most of the home and its amenities, and take in all that the surrounding area has to offer.
Before you settle in, we kindly ask that you take a moment to read through the house rules below. If anything is unclear, feel free to reach out — we are always happy to help.
We have put a lot of love and care into creating a cosy and welcoming space. Please treat the apartment with the same respect you would your own home.

❌ Parties or events are not permitted.
🚭 Smoking is only permitted on the balcony.
🐾 Pets are not allowed.
👶 Suitable for toddlers and children under 12.
🚫 Only registered guests are allowed on the premises.
🍽️ Eating and drinking in the bedrooms are not permitted.
🔇 Please respect the noise curfew:

(April 1 – September 30)
15:00 – 17:30 & 23:00 – 07:00
🕒 Winter
(October 1 – March 31)
15:30 – 17:30 & 22:00 – 07:30
🤫 Please enter and exit quietly to avoid disturbing neighbours.
💡 Turn off lights and air conditioning when leaving the property.
🔐 Ensure all doors and windows are locked before going out.
🚽 Do not flush paper towels, wipes, or sanitary products to avoid damage to the system.
🕐 Please respect check-in and check-out times.
🔑 Lost keys will incur a replacement fee.
🪑 Please treat all furnishings and décor with care
🚫 Do not rearrange the furniture.
🍽️ Kindly wash your dishes after use.
🗑️ Please take out the trash before check-out.
🚫 Illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the premises.
✔ Any damage or maintenance concerns should be reported promptly.
